This moment in time we are going to undertake a very deep spiritual journey as The LORD God Almighty, The LORD Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit guides us towards unveiling, opening up and understanding the characteristics, the features, the effects, the repercussions and the benefits of a once in a lifetime occurrence: The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit.
The dispensation that was to experience The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit was a dispensation that the LORD revealed to and spoke about to His olden times servants. So The LORD told them that a time was coming in a far future time (End Times), when this extraordinary occurrence was to be manifested on the earth. To some like Joel, The man of God, The Prophet of The LORD, The LORD told them: “And afterwards, I will pour out my Spirit”. To some like Daniel, the man of God, The Prophet of The LORD, The LORD told them: “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end…… As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance.” Yet to some like Haggai, The man of God, The Prophet of The LORD, The LORD told them: “In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory. Yet more, to some like Isaiah , The man of God, The Prophet of The LORD, The LORD told them: “See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.”Furthermore, to some like Habakkuk, The man of God, The Prophet of The LORD, The LORD told them: “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea”
Many of these olden-time prophets longed to see this, the then latter day period of the Out-pour of The Holy Spirit that The LORD was revealing to them and sent them to prophesy. How they wished to live long to witness this latter day (“And afterwards”), most special moment of historical visitation of The LORD on the earth. Habakkuk, the man of God, The Prophet of The LORD recognized that during His lifetime there was indeed scarcity of the great move of The LORD, that the great anointing of The LORD and visitation of The LORD through the move of The Holy Spirit over the land was very scarce and rare to the extent that one could have considered it “non-existent”. Habakkuk thus very eloquently captured the consolation of the olden-time prophets, who though revealed to by The LORD about this latter day very massive visitation of The LORD coming to the earth, but were themselves during their lifetime living in a moment of scarcity of the visitation of The LORD. This is captured in the book of Habakkuk 3:17-19 which states as follows: ‘“Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food,though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.”’
It is with joy and humility to note that the earth is currently in that dispensation that was earlier described as: “The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit”. It was “latter” back then, but now it is here with us. So, the earth is at the dispensation when it has already started and will continue to experience a very massive out-pour of The Holy Spirit, as The LORD Himself visits the earth and covers the earth with a very massive “blanket of mist”.
The question that then comes to mind is that: “What are the features, the characteristics and the benefits of this Latter Day Outpour of The Holy Spirit?” Dissecting and understanding this question is what will form the next segment of our discussion.
The First point to note is that The LORD Himself will be visiting the earth in a very powerful and a very tremendous way. He will come and tabernacle (visit and dwell) amongst His sons and daughters. He will touch the earth with His glory and presence. His glory and presence will fill His temple: His temple being the altars restored and raised for the glory and honour of His name and also His sons and daughters whose soul, spirit, mind, heart and body is (are) the temple of The Holy Spirit. The LORD will come riding on a cloud and in a blanket of mist will He be within therein. This is very well captured in the book of Ezekiel 43:1-6 which states as follows: ‘“Then the man brought me to the gate facing east, and I saw the glory of the God of Israel coming from the east. His voice was like the roar of rushing waters, and the land was radiant with his glory. The vision I saw was like the vision I had seen when he came to destroy the city and like the visions I had seen by the Kebar River, and I fell facedown. The glory of the Lord entered the temple through the gate facing east. Then the Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. While the man was standing beside me, I heard someone speaking to me from inside the temple.”’ This is also very powerfully captured in the book of Psalm 104:1-4 which states as follows: ‘“Praise the Lord, my soul. Lord my God, you are very great; you are clothed with splendor and majesty. The Lord wraps himself in light as with a garment; he stretches out the heavens like a tent and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind. He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants.”’ 
The Second point to note is that The LORD will move (is moving) very tremendously and very powerfully through His Holy Vessels in The Great Move of The LORD: The vessels of Honor upon whom He pours His Spirit and fills them with His glory; so that they shine, as the light of The LORD is and will be upon them. They will serve The LORD very mightily even in the midst of increased wickedness, evil, apostasy (the fall of the church) and enormous sins on the earth.These are the sons and the daughters of The LORD and the servants of The LORD who have surrendered to The LORD and have submitted themselves for purification, cleansing, refining, washing, cleaning up and sanctification through the Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ, The Holy Fire from the throne room of Heaven and The anointing of The Holy Spirit. They will arise and shine for their LORD, Master and Savior. They will preach and minister as they lead their family, friends, neighbors and nations to The LORD by preaching and proclaiming the message of Repentance for the forgiveness of sins, and thereby walking in Righteousness, Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ in preparing the way for the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ to Rapture His bride to Heaven. This is very well, very delightfully and very powerfully captured in the book of Isaiah 60:1-4 which states as follows: ‘“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. “Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the hip.”’ The LORD Jesus Christ also spoke very powerfully and very beautifully about these His sons and daughters and servants when He said the following in the book of John 14:12-14which states as follows: “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
The Third point to note is that The LORD is and will reveal mysteries to His Holy Vessels; His sons and daughters and servants as He pours His Spirit and fills them with His glory and presence, as He speaks to them and minister to them about His word and shows them direction, guidance, instructions, counseling and comfort through dreams and visions and also warnings (and encouragements). The LORD will also foretell the future and the upcoming events and circumstances and also warnings to them through prophesy. The dreams, the visions and the prophesies will always be directing the vessels of Honour of The LORD to The Word of God (The Bible), so they must always align with the word of God and the sons and the daughters of The LORD must always seek for a deeper meaning interpretation and understanding of their dreams, visions and prophesies through the Word of God (The Holy Bible).The Holy Spirit will help them to understand the deeper meanings as they go to the word of God. This is very beautifully captured in the book of Joel 2:28-29 which states as follows: ‘“And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.”’
These Holy Vessels of Honour of The LORD thus will seek The LORD, inquire from Him and call to Him regarding and concerning very deep mysteries, and The LORD will gladly show them and reveal to them even things they were not aware of. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Jeremiah 33:3 which states as follows: ‘“ Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”’
The Fourth point to note is that there is and will be increased knowledge, wisdom and understanding on the earth as The LORD reveals and imparts this upon His servants, sons and daughters through the anointing of The Holy Spirit and His glory. So, previously sealed phenomenon, mysteries, understanding and interpretation will be unsealed and will be revealed, as the knowledge of the glory of The LORD increases all over the earth. This is very well captured in the book of Habakkuk 2:14 which states as follows: “Forthe earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lordas the waters cover the sea.” This is also very well captured in the book of Daniel 12: 4 which states as follows: “But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”
The Fifth point to note is that the latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit is and will be to a level never seen before. Meaning that it will be to another (a higher) level. It is and will be to a historical manner and level. It will be the ultimate visitation of The LORD. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Haggai 2:6-9 which states as follows: ‘“This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says theLord Almighty. ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares theLord Almighty. ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”’ 
The Sixth point to note is that this Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit is and will bring Revival (large scale harvesting of souls for The Kingdom of God in Heaven), Healing, Restoration, a Fresh Breath (meaning a new life-eternal life), deliverance, and Breakthrough for those who seek The LORD and surrender and submit to Him by embracing Repentance for the forgiveness of their sins and walk in Righteousness, Holiness, Purity, Humility, Faithfulness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ. This also indeed includes resurrection of the dead (spiritually dead and physically dead). All these are very well captured in the book of Malachi 4:2 which states as follows: “But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.” This is also very powerfully captured in the book of Ezekiel 37:1-10 which states as follows: ‘‘“The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” Then he said to me,“Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’” So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.”’’
The same is also very well and very beautifully captured in the book ofEzekiel 37:13-14 which states as follows: ‘“When you, my people, will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and bring you up from them. I will put my Spirit in you and you will live, and I will settle you in your own land. Then you will know that I the Lord have spoken, and I have done it, declares the Lord.’” . Likewise, the same is also very powerfully captured in the book of Ezekiel 47:7-12 which states as follows: ‘“When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river. He said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh.Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaimthere will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds—like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea. But the swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.”’
The Seventh point to note is that when The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit is now and will be on the earth, then The Himself will shepherd the flock under the guidance, the inspiration and the direction of The Holy Spirit. The previously harassed, looted and plundered flock (congregation) will find solace because The LORD Himself will shepherd them. The LORD will remove and expose false shepherds: The shepherds wearing sheep skin yet are ferocious wolves out to devour the flock. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Ezekiel 34:11-12 which states as follows: “For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search for my sheep and look after them. As a shepherd looks after his scattered flock when he is with them, so will I look after my sheep. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness.”
The Eighth point to note is that there is and will be a spiritual blanket of mist that will cover the land (the earth). This will be short-lived; meaning that The Latter Day Outpour of The Holy Spirit is for a short time and then it ends. It is actually meant to prepare the church (The Holy Church), the bride of Christ for the Rapture (The sudden catching away into the sky en-route to Heaven).Once the rapture of the bride occurs, then The Holy Spirit is taken away as He goes with the bride of Christ to Heaven for the wedding supper of Lamb. This very tremendous Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit is thus meant to wake up the church (the entire earth) to prepare the way for the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ to rapture His bride by embracing Repentance for the forgiveness of their sins and turning away from sins and wickedness, and thereby walking in Righteousness, Holiness, Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit actually raptures the Bride of Christ (The Holy Church of Christ). It is also very important to note at this juncture that once the Rapture of the bride of Christ occurs, this earth will be plunged into The Great Tribulation period (a time of the wrath of God on the earth and also a time of lawlessness on the earth). This is very powerfully captured in the book of Isaiah 26:19-21 which states as follows: ‘“But your dead will live, Lord; their bodies will rise—let those who dwell in the dust wake up and shout for joy—your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead. Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by. See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer.”’ The same is also very beautifully captured in the book of Hosea 14:5-6 which states as follows: ‘“I will be like the dew to Israel; he will blossom like a lily. Like a cedar of Lebanon he will send down his roots; his young shoots will grow.His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon.”’ Furthermore this is very well elucidated in the book of 2ndThessalonians 2:5-8 which states as follows: ‘“Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.”’
The Rapture of the bride of Christ, which is actually a direct result (“end-product”), consequence, benefit and effect of The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit (The Blanket of Mist over the earth) is very well expounded in the book of 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18 which states as follows: ‘“Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage one another with these words.”’
The Ninth point to note is that The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit is an out-pour from the portals of Heaven onto the earth. Meaning, it is a Rain through the portals of Heavens onto the earth, and just like any other Rain, “it does not come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater.” It is a Spiritual, supernatural Rain that nourishes, feeds, germinates, waters, flourishes, buds and yields souls for The Kingdom of The LORD God Almighty in Heaven by preparing them for eternal life and readies them for the Rapture (takeoff). This Rain brings hope to the hopeless, the rejected, the dejected, the despised and prepares them to inherit the kingdom of their Father in Heaven. This Rain of The Latter Day Outpour of The Holy Spirit refreshes them and takes away their burden and weariness as The Rain turns the dry and waste lands into lands of bounty and abundance. This is very powerfully captured in the book ofPsalm 68:7-10 which states as follows: ‘“When you, God, went out before your people, when you marched through the wilderness,the earth shook, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. You gave abundant showers, O God; you refreshed your weary inheritance. Your people settled in it, and from your bounty, God, you provided for the poor.”’ The same is very powerfully captured in the book of Isaiah 44:3-5 which states as follows: ‘“For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants. They will spring up like grass in a meadow, like poplar trees by flowing streams. Some will say, ‘I belong to the Lord’; others will call themselves by the name of Jacob; still others will write on their hand,‘The Lord’s,’ and will take the name Israel”’
The Eleventh point to note is that only those who surrender themselves to The LORD and submit themselves to The LORD will be the ones who will partake of and be the beneficiaries of the “end-product” of The Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit which is the Rapture of The Bride of Christ. Those who refuse (including the Lukewarm churches) to surrender and submit to the Great Move of The LORD through The Holy Spirit to enable them be purified, cleansed, refined, cleaned up, washed, sanctified through the Blood of The LORD Jesus Christ, the Holy Fire from the throne room of Heaven and The anointing of The Holy Spirit upon their soul, spirit, mind, heart and body by embracing Repentance for the forgiveness of their sins and walking in Righteousness (Right before The LORD by walking in His ways and requirements), Holiness (Setting themselves apart for the glory and honour of The LORD), Truth and Complete Surrender to The LORD Jesus Christ will have had a rebellious and a stubborn heart while The LORD requires a Pure heart. They will thus miss the rapture and worse more may end up in hell if they don’t remain faithful during the Great Tribulation (a time when the mark of the beast is mandatory on the earth coupled with the wrath of God on the earth and also the worse lawlessness & wickedness ever on the earth). This is because they will not have recognized their hour of visitation (The Historical visitation of The LORD Himself onto the earth) during the Latter Day Outpour of The Holy Spirit. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Jeremiah 5:23-31 which states as follows: ‘“But these people have stubborn and rebellious hearts; they have turned aside and gone away. They do not say to themselves, ‘Let us fear the Lord our God, who gives autumn and spring rains in season, who assures us of the regular weeks of harvest.’ Your wrongdoings have kept these away; your sins have deprived you of good. “Among my people are the wicked who lie in wait like men who snare birds and like those who set traps to catch people. Like cages full of birds, their houses are full of deceit; they have become rich and powerful and have grown fat and sleek. Their evil deeds have no limit; they do not seek justice. They do not promote the case of the fatherless;they do not defend the just cause of the poor. Should I not punish them for this?” declares the Lord. “Should I not avenge myself on such a nation as this? “A horrible and shocking thing has happened in the land: The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?”’ The same is also very well captured in the book ofDaniel 12:7-10 which states as follows: ‘“The man clothed in linen,who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed. I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?” He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end. Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.”’
The Twelfth point to note is that the Latter Day Out-pour of The Holy Spirit brings joy to the partakers of it. They thus thank The LORD by praising and worshiping Him in Truth and in Spirit as this will now be a Holy Spirit-centered worship. The joy of salvation will for sure be upon them and they will rejoice and so they will lift up their hands unto The LORD as a sacrifice of praise and worship before Him; who redeems them and has now come to prepare them for rescue and deliverance. This is very powerfully captured in the book of Isaiah 55:12-13 which states as follows: “You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thorn-bush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”This is also captured in the book of Isaiah 44:23-26 which states as follows: ‘“Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord has done this; shout aloud, you earth beneath. Burst into song, you mountains, you forests and all your trees, for the Lord has redeemed Jacob, he displays his glory in Israel.”’ This is also very powerfully captured in the book of Psalm 68:3-6 which states as follows: “But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful. Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds;rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing;but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.” These (who worship The LORD in the Right way) are the ones that The LORD Jesus Christ spoke about when He said the following in the book of John 4:23-24 which states as follows: “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”

PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE COMING OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IN ABSOLUTE REPENTANCE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, HOLINESS, TRUTH AND COMPLETE SURRENDER TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH). TIME IS ABSOLUTELY OVER; THE MESSIAH JESUS CHRIST IS IMMINENTLY COMING TO PICK HIS BRIDE!!!
